pcma at MEXCON in Wiesbaden

This year Bernd Wiedemann was not only travelling to Wiesbaden to participate in the general meeting of GCB - German Convention Bureau e.V. which traditionally takes place at MEXCON – Meeting Experts Conference.

He also offered the seminar „Safety first: How do you react as a destination to current security requirements?“. He held the seminar in cooperation with Iris Lanz (Director Conventions / visitBerlin Berlin Convention Office).
The session dealt with security-related issues particularly regarding destinations. For one thing legal questions were answered and for another thing the crisis management programme which the visitBerlin Convention Partner e.V. conceived for its members was presented.

Also the general meeting of GCB was a success for Bernd Wiedemann: he was reconfirmed as a member of the Administrative Council of GCB. Congratulations!
